Compressed air specialists since 1963

J&J Air Systems are an independent compressed air specialist with over sixty years of experience supplying, installing and servicing compressed air systems, vacuum equipment and pneumatic components for UK industry. We work with businesses of every size  from a single compressor in a small workshop to multi-machine systems in large production facilities.

Being independent matters. We’re not tied to one manufacturer’s product range, we don’t have sales targets that push us towards a particular brand, and we don’t subcontract our service work. You deal with the same experienced people from first enquiry through to ongoing maintenance.

What we do

Compressed air systems

We design, supply and install compressed air systems for a wide range of industrial and commercial applications. Our engineers are experienced across rotary screw, piston, oil-free and variable speed drive compressors and we’ll specify what’s right for your application, not what’s easiest for us to sell. We supply leading brands including CompAir, Hydrovane, Ingersoll Rand and Gardner Denver.

Pneumatic components authorised Parker Store

As an authorised Parker Store, we hold a comprehensive stock of Parker Hannifin pneumatic components cylinders, valves, FRLs, solenoids, push-in fittings, tubing and accessories. We supply to planned BOMs for machine builders and OEMs, and on an urgent basis when you need a part today. If Parker make it, we can get it.

Air tools

We are authorised distributors for Desoutter UT Universal and power tools, and stock a wide range of pneumatic air tools for industrial, automotive and workshop use  including torque-critical assembly tools for demanding applications.

Service, maintenance and repair

Our service team covers the South East, London, the Home Counties, Thames Valley and surrounding areas  running along the A1, M1, M3, M4, M11, M25 and M40 corridors. We offer planned maintenance contracts, PSSR 2000 statutory inspections, compressed air audits and emergency breakdown response. We service all major brands, not just the ones we sell.

Compressor hire

Portable electric and diesel compressors available for hire from £10/day, up to 1,000+ cfm for short-term projects, planned shutdowns or emergency cover while your machine is being repaired.

Energy reduction

Compressed air is often the largest energy cost in a manufacturing facility. We carry out air audits, leak detection surveys and advise on VSD compressors and heat recovery systems that can cut running costs significantly. As of 2020, our own site runs on 100% renewable energy.

Our 6,000 sq ft facility is in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire  close to junction 4 of the M40, and within easy reach of the M25, M4 and M1. Our trade counter is open Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, for collection of parts, pneumatic components and air tools. No appointment needed.
